A mate told me that during a one night stand the bird he was with just came out and said that she was raped once down an alley followed from the pub asked if he knew him which he didn't , but said it put him right off his stroke :-( Never saw her again. Years later he then found out that she loves a willy and was in hospital with an injury and one of the male nurses had to take her to the bathroom to wash where they mutually copulated then weeks later when she recovered she decided that the bloke had taken advantage of her and lodged a complaint that the bloke raped her. No idea who, where or how it all panned out?

Two.women came forward on the kavannaugh case and that wasnt a trial anyway.
I remember a while back Paul Weller getting accused of an historical rape case. Different climate then though.

She doesn’t need to prove it these days as just a woman’s word is enough to have a guy condemned.
Look at this Kavanaugh guy in the States, his word against hers but yet women have already presumed his guilt.
The same will happen with Ronaldo and any other man accused of rape.
It’s very similar to the Salem witch hunts.

What is the level in rape cases where someone is deemed too drunk to consent?
Presumably more than the drink driving limit and less than ‘passed out’.
Of course if someone does sign your consent form they are entitled to withdraw consent at any point as I understand
I am certainly glad not to be 18 and entering THIS world.

The participants if they are too drunk to consent.

claret - someone should invent a sexual consent app. I wouldn't be at all surprised if some sort of pre-sex contract, with a list of consents or not for a variety of different sex acts, becomes the norm.

way to many women coming out saying they were raped 10 years ago, It's coming (no pun intended) to the point where before long you will have to get a signed statement saying a women consents before having sex .
